- Quickly identify which everyday objects can be used effectively to defend yourself so you’re never without options (and some may surprise you!)
- Understand the essential active shooter situation facts so you know what to do to protect yourself in the moment
- Know the simple methods for your group to take down an active shooter so you save as many lives as possible
- Learn effective responses to attackers wielding different dangerous weapons (like knives, guns, explosives, etc.) so no matter what you’re faced with, you have a confident plan of action
- Know how to find the best cover and concealment options (and the difference between them!) to save your life
Who we train
We’ve trained over 5,000 people in all walks of life.
This training is for the average person (i.e. we don’t expect you to be a trained martial artist, bodybuilder, or MMA fighter!).
We’ve taught to organizations and individuals such as teachers, school administrators, doctors, nurses, and staff, and have designed this course specifically around basic, effective strategies everyone can use.
What you learn

We begin with approximately 2 hours of detailed classroom knowledge, background and strategy, then transition to 2 hours of hands-on training in topics like:
